At La Manantie, we welcome you above all to a family home. In Lezoux in the Puy-de-Dôme, this 1820 building is distinguished by unique energies that we really wanted to save.
Both researchers for major international agri-food groups, we put an end to our permanent contracts to create our companies.
With our 3 children, we left Paris to set sail for Auvergne and change our lives. Fulfill the dream of returning to a heart region where we lived during our studies. Me-Véronique -I wanted to open a guest house full of charm with a desire: to offer a unique experience to our customers. Share and discover the region of the volcanoes of Auvergne, immerse yourself in a cocooning atmosphere inside and outside. Here, I wish one thing: that you come to recharge your batteries, connect to nature and to yourselves, to offer you a parenthesis of well-being with maximum kindness.
Holder of a master's degree in cellular and molecular physiology and a doctorate in food sciences, I am passionate about nature and its riches. Deeply naturalist and in love with botany, I infuse this curiosity inside the spirit of the house through the herbal teas that I offer, the healthy and gourmet breakfasts at the same time, a comfort food restaurant as well as the different workshops and stays organized at the Manoir around well-being, sophrology, yoga, meditation, detox, naturopathy...
Entrepreneur at heart, I also offer support and mentoring for those who want to take the plunge. My approach? Always with benevolence in accordance with human nature and its infinite potentialities. To bring out the best, as I was able to do in this luxurious, cozy and harmonious Auvergne guest house.
