French breakfast

White tablecloths and silver cutlery, the breakfasts at the Manoir de la Manantie prepared by Véronique are real treasures served in pretty delicate crockery . You will live a unique experience around local products, homemade with love. Spread your slices of fresh baker's bread from the village with honey from the garden or a homemade jam . Raspberry-blackcurrant, green tomato and vanilla, rhubarb-ginger, the choice is yours! Let yourself be tempted by the good pancakes of the manor, or by the delicious hot cakes which change every day: gingerbread, lemon cake, praline brioche , muffins puffed up with gluttony… With your local fruit juice , why not try the homemade granola or the ultra healthy chia pudding . For hot drinks, Véronique offers regional Pagès tea and Chazal house coffee served in a slow coffee version.

Depending on the season, breakfast is served between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. in the dining room , the garden or on the < strong> terrace .

Good to know: The breakfasts at the manor are also suitable for lactose free and gluten free diets!

Dinners on reservation

Friday evening, we offer a homemade gourmet dinner based on local products. It is served by prior reservation only (48 hours in advance). Depending on the weather, it is served on our terrace in summer.

Price: €28 per person (excluding wine), depending on the evening, consisting of a starter, followed by a main course and a dessert, or a dish of the day, a plate of local cheeses and a dessert .

Tuesday and Thursday evenings, we offer gourmet platters to share.

Give yourself time to take a meditative or relaxing walk in this 1.3 hectare park with multiple bewitching species. Lie down under a lime tree , an oak , a maple or a ginkgo biloba , healing trees that will help you to anchor you in the earth and in the present moment. Why not place your hands on their trunk, to capture their energy and do your own sylvotherapy . Or abandon yourself in a sound meditation with the song of the leaves. Contemplate the carp and fish of the pond, or the work of the bees which produce honey in the beehives of the estate. And finish with a delicious herbal tea from the Manor with lemon verbena and lemon balm from the permaculture garden at the back of the park, topped with an orange blossom hydrosol. At Manoir de la Manantie, respect for the environment is a way of life. Véronique makes a point of maintaining the guesthouse with environmentally friendly products , all eco-labeled . The mansion also bears the Clef Verte label , guarantor of this philosophy of sustainable and healthy development . Even the candles are made in Vic-le-Comte, based on soy wax and without toxic products. Thanks to its permaculture garden and beehives , the Manor also produces its own jams , its honey , a part of its vegetables and its herbal teas .
